
Farewell Fat, Hello Fit Future
You've done it, it's week three and your finally to say goodbye to the old you and hello to the new you. Now that you are a nutrition expert on saturated fat, and have spent 2 weeks changing your lifestyle to feel more confident in your own skin, set a goal so when you reach the end of your health challenge you can reward yourself. This lesson focuses on self-love and self-acceptance. Your goal may be big or small but as long as you are challenging yourself, and pushing yourself to be a better, stronger, healthier YOU, then that’s all you can ask for. To get you started in the gym, we suggest implementing cardio in with your weight training. Here are a few suggestions we have to get your started on a quality cardio regiment:
1. Switch up your cardio workouts. Your body will get used to performing the same cardio workout and over time you will expend less and less energy on the same piece of workout equiptment.
2. If you are going to do interval training, make sure you consume some carbohydrates before hand - we don't want you burning up lean muscle you worked so hard to build up.
3. Do cardio AFTER you lift. Conserve your energy for weight lifting and use what is left over to burn out on cardio.
