Build your own Taco Bowl

Eating healthy doesn't meat bland, boring, and basic! Try this awesome taco bowl recipe and see how exciting healhty cooking can be: 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 oz grilled chicken (you can marinate this in a light italian dressing)

  • 1/2 cup of black beans

  • 3/4 cup cooked brown rice (1/2 c uncooked)

  • Romain lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Diced onions

  • 1/2 cup fat free cheese of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt (subsitution for sour cream)

 

This recipe is simple - combine everything in a bowl and mix and you've got yourself one clean meal!
