Build your own Taco Bowl

Ingredients:

4 oz grilled chicken (you can marinate this in a light italian dressing)

1/2 cup of black beans

3/4 cup cooked brown rice (1/2 c uncooked)

Romain lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Diced onions

1/2 cup fat free cheese of choice

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt (subsitution for sour cream)
This recipe is simple - combine everything in a bowl and mix and you've got yourself one clean meal!
