The table below represents the top 3 nutrients of concern: sodium, iron, and saturated fat for your age group. Too many men are consuming a very large amount of sodium. Nearly 98% of the population consumed more than 3/3 what they should have. Next was saturated fat and 73% of men of your age consume an excess amount of saturated fat. Finally, Iron was another nutrient of concern. It is not necessarily about going over the iron DRI but rather being under.
