Nutirition Facts Label

Now that you have completed week one, we hope you are making better choices when it comes to what foods you decide to snack on and buy. As far as week two goes, we really want you to understand that there is more to look for on a food label than just the fat content. Before going ahead to the next page, ask yourself the questions below:  

 

 

 

 

1.) Do you even look at the food label? If so what do you look at FIRST?

 

2.) Do you notice how many servings per container there are? How many servings do you normally eat?

 

3.) Do you not buy certain foods based on what the label says? If so, what are they?

 

4.) How much fat per serving is too much in your eyes? Does it matter what the type of fat is?

 

5.) Do you read the ingredients? Do you always know what you're eating?
