Who we are

Peak Athlete Nutrition was founded on a simple belief: every athlete deserves expert nutrition guidance to reach their full potential—whether you're training for your first 5K or competing at the professional level.

I'm Taylor Cintron, a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience working with athletes at every level of sport. From Division I college programs to professional soccer players, I've spent the last decade helping athletes optimize their nutrition for performance, recovery, and long-term health.

My journey in sports nutrition has taken me from the sidelines of professional women's soccer with the Washington Spirit (NWSL), to the training rooms at Georgetown University (where I served as Director of Sports Nutrition) and the University of Texas (as Assistant Sports Dietitian). I've worked with some of the world's most talented young athletes at IMG Academy, and I've had the privilege of supporting athletes internationally as a FIFA contractor.

But here's what drives me: I've seen firsthand what proper nutrition can do. I've watched athletes break through performance plateaus, recover from injuries faster, and build healthier relationships with food. I've also seen the cost of poor nutrition—burnout, injuries, and athletes never reaching their true potential.

That's why I started Peak Athlete Nutrition. I wanted to bring the same level of expertise I've provided to elite programs to athletes everywhere—whether you're a collegiate competitor, a weekend warrior training for your first marathon, or a busy mom trying to balance training with real life.
